4. Vapor retarders are recommended over concrete substrates that register 3lbs/1,000 sq ft/24 hrs using an anhydrous calcium chloride test or higher than 5 lbs/1,000sq ft/24 hrs using a calibrated electronic meter.
5. For optimum performance the temperature should range between 55°F (13°C) and 85°F (29°C).
